Great Service

Easy to use and we have the app. I can transfer what I want onto my child’s card so they can use this when they go out with friends. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

One plus as a Natwest customer for more than 30yrs.

As a Natwest customer for more than 30 years, most of which I feel they are too expensive & customer services is below par, but, I feel that since I started the use of the Rooster account, it is one positive aspect of the NatWest account. Great at teaching my son with ASD to manage money

This card has been brilliant at teaching my son with ASD how to manage and look after his money. Is is so easy to use and I love it as can keep an eye on the account and how he is doing. Allowing children to gain an understanding

It has been great to allow my 8 year old to take more responsibility for his money. He loves that he could design his own card and is very proud to pay for things out if his Rooster account both in person and online. My 5 year old also gets to feel included by having a virtual pot.
