Excellent

Easy to use,, all theee of my children use with ease and I am able to monitor. App easy to use and ideal to monitor and top up when needed. daughter able to have app too and she finds easy to use but for younger children they can’t access app and I am able to control but they still are able to feel responsible with their money. Great customer service

Because I have a NatWest a/c they desire the rooster card fee which is generous. They have very good customer service which I’ve used via email, very efficient and knowledgeable. Family from abroad were trying to send money to the NatWest rooster account as birthday present as I hadn’t realised this account is not set up to receive money from abroad the funds were returned, thankfully NatWest were very understanding and waived the charges. Loving the money pots.

I love the fact that I can set up different pots for my son, some he can access and some he can see increasing with interest but can’t spend. I also love the freedom he has to spend using his google pay. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Ideal Child/Teen Account

I have been a long time customer of NatWest, we have tried other children’s/teen accounts with other providers but Rooster Money has been a perfect fit for our family. I like the ease of use for both the parent and child apps, I love the Chores feature which makes it super easy to pay pocket money and the savings pot is a fantastic motivator. My son has the visual of his savings pot on his Home Screen of the app and it really helps prompt him to keep saving for his goal. It’s also easy for friends and family to pay money in for birthdays etc and I like that they can do so at any point but the money won’t “clear” until the specified day.
