Great service for my kids first bank account experience

Currently have two accounts for two eldest kids. They accounts Clare free because I have an account, which is brilliant! Also my Son has lost his card multiple times and I have been able to replace the card very easily, which has been much appreciated Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Easy and empowering

Card issue

My daughter had an issue with her card where a rogue trader was tryin to take money out of her account for goods she did not recieve and this was resolved quickly and a new card issued Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Rooster is a great saving app

Rooster has helped my children manage their money. They can see what they are spending is this helps their spending. As a parent it notifies me when they are spending and I can set limits and the number of taps. It's a saving app. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Love my Rooster account.

I like that Rooster is linked to my bank account and is free. It’s very easy to use and helpful to be able to top up cards while the children are out is they need more money. The children like the control it gives them and the options to earn extra. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

I still fondly remember the joy of banking my wages every Saturday, which made me feel accomplished and secure. My dedicated manager was always on hand, offering invaluable guidance to help my business thrive. Fast forward to today, NatWest is still part of my family's life. All my children have saving accounts, student accounts, and even ISAs with them. This bank has been a cornerstone in both my personal and professional journey.
