Secure card for children

Each of my children have a card which is easy to top up and use. It has extra security being reset after 5 uses. In addition, the card has safety measures and can't be used in certain venues e.g. pubs which gives you reassurance. Card can be easily blocked and unblocked if lost. Would recommend.
