App easy to use and service it always good, been banking with NatWest since I was 16, I’m now 42. I have 4 children and live the fact I don’t have to pay for 3 of the accounts. Happy Customer!

Natwest have been my bank since I was 16yrs old. I have always benefitted from their wonderful customer service, I also like how easy it is use navigate their mobile app. My daughter has a Rooster account also and this account has been a great way to offer her the freedom to manage money but with a little help from me. Natwest Rooster gives peace of mind

I have three children who I use Natwest Rooster accounts with. Two of them have cards and one doesn't. It has been especially useful since they could use the pay on your phone function as they were concerned about losing their Rooster cards. I am now able to add money to their phone if they need it in an emergency. They have all used their Rooster accounts to create a save pot and a spend pot and they like being able to earn extra money with chores around the house. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
