Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I didn’t realise you had to reset the bank cards contactless and was worrying I had locked the girls bank. Rang up and the team were amazing explaining everything step by step. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Rooster Money is an excellent banking app for kids.

Rooster Money is an excellent banking app for kids. Easy to navigate and my children also love it. The best bit is it’s free for NatWest Customers. My son’s are learning how to manage money. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
