Fantastic for kids

Fantastic for kids, really helps to teach children about money and the cost of things that they want to buy. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

The app is very easy to use, both for parents and kids.

The app is very easy to use, both for parents and kids. The card and the app empowers the kids to manage their money, at first I was worried about the children managing resetting contactless (which is a great safety feature), but they find it easy. My son lost his card one day and I was so proud of him as thought to go onto the app and froze the card so it couldn't be used. When he found the card again he unfroze it - simple, reassuring, and safe! Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

Kids are loving the responsibility

I’ve found it good to use. The kids are loving it and having the responsibility of their own card. I’d like to be able to remove money from their account too (I’ve not been able to find that functionality so assume it’s not possible) for if we’re on holiday and they want to spend some of their money as it’s not possible to use it abroad. It also allows for us to buy things for them if they’ve forgotten their card and then they can pay me back. In general though, it’s been good. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

I needed help uploading some documents and NatWest Rooster were quick to respond, they gave me clear directions on what to do. I was also unsure of who to go with banking wise as originally I was with GoHenry but after speaking to the bank without hesitation I switched over to NatWest Rooster Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

Rooster Card topping up
