Simply Brillant!

As a Foster Carer I have set the Rooster account up for the children in my care. This allows them to receive their pocket money, earn extra for rewards and extra chores. It allows them to be independent. I came into my local branch where the Customer Service I received was excellent. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also when one of my children have lost their card, I was able to contact Customer Services via email and I received a replacement within 5 days. I cannot praise this card enough! Excellent card for kids and easy to use app

NatWest Rooster money spending notification

NatWest Rooster money does take on board concerns and reviews within a given timescale. I currently do not receive notifications of my daughter’s spending habits which I did previously and will hopefully be informed how to access this. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
