My son uses the card more than my daughter but it’s so much easier if he’s at school or out and short or stuck for money I can get money sent to him straight away without any worry , my girls only 5 so very rarely she’s out without me but she will use her card sometimes and feels like a grown up doing so and gets so excited Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

We absolutely love the Rooster account!

We absolutely love the Rooster account! My son is learning how to use a card had how to spend and save wisely . It’s user friendly and we are able to check amounts and do transfers so easily. We find this children’s account fantastic and that it’s available to NatWest customers without additional costs. Feel very thankful for this . Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

Great for teaching kids to handle money.

I’ve used Rooster for Sever years and find it a great way for my children to spend their money safely. It also encourages them to save and also to think of others . Its brilliant. Customer service has always been quick to respond and sorted my queries quickly. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

The app is generally good however misses some key in...

The app is generally good however misses some key information which is found on the standard Natwest app. It's also hard to get help if something goes wrong, there is a chat message/email function where you report problems but it would be easier if it were in the actual interface. All in all a pretty good app for kids, I get it free with my standard account but I probably wouldn't pay for it over just getting normal children's accounts. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
