Easy to use app

The app is a really clear one. I have always received great customer service via chatbot and their experts. In-branch help has always been good too. The credit card was easy to set up and loyalty with NatWest meant that I was able to get it, despite being young. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Uni days were easier

I was offered this when taking out my student overdraft. After three years of use I was very impressed at the simplicity of it. And three years later I have an amazing credit score, allowing me to finance a car. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Friendly and helpful staff

I recently inquired about student credit card in my local bank, i found staff where friendly and very helpful, they talked through the different optons available in my financial circumstances. Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

Good to get a start on your credit profile

I got their student credit card when I became aware of credit scores and the fact you actually need credit history to be considered for loans and mortgages. The limit is low, which is good for a student just starting to build credit history, however it's not so useful as you progress your credit score and need to borrow higher amounts.
