Opening up a ISA

My financial advisor had suggested that I put some of my cash savings into an ISA. I visited my Basingstoke branch and they helped me open my new account in a very helpful manner. Reviewed on: 8th June 2023

Applying for EMA bond

The information Stacy gave me was clear and informative. Stacy ensured that I understood what I was agreeing to and I was especially pleased that I was asked if I would still have access to sufficient funds in case of emergency, if I was to lock my money up in the bond Reviewed on: 5th June 2023

Excellent customer service

I had an appointment in your Didcot branch this week to open a new savings account. Cassie is an excellent ambassador for your building society - she was very personable, professional and clear.
