Good customer service in Andover

I had to open a new account in branch and although it was quite a long process, Emma took it on as no one else was waiting. I was impressed by her patience and courtesy towards me. Excellent customer service

Very good all round customer service from explains the type of account plus all the financial and legal documentation as well as ensuring I was comfortable with the type of account I was opening. Straightforward process

On the whole, the procedure of opening a new account as a new customer was straightforward. The only minor 'glitch' was a significant delay between the arrival of the first and second of two emails that were required for setting up security for online services. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
