Aqua have been very good with myself since opening t...

Aqua have been very good with myself since opening the card and I have been using their services for about a year now. They always ensure I have a suitable credit limit for my circumstances. I like that I can choose my direct debit date and can change this at any time throughout the month. I also like that they give the option to pay a suggested amount to ensure I am paying enough toward the card. Something else I find handy is the card freeze feature where u can freeze your card at any time. I like to freeze the card when I am working on bringing the balance down but can also unfreeze this immediately if any emergency’s come up. Aqua always keep regular contact with myself about my account which is great incase I need to know anything. Reviewed on: 24th February 2025
