Easy to use & great customer support

I started using bip to help build my credit score and it is fantastic. It is easy to use, it gives you plenty of warning when repayments need to be made, and if you have any queries the help team are so quick to respond! No waiting around on hold for 40 minutes like other companies! And it has increased my credit score massively. Best out of all I've been with

My Bip account has honestly been the best from easy transactions online and inshore. Great customer service when I had an issue which was resolved there and then. Simple easy to understand rates and fees and an app which actually works all the time. If I could of gone with Bip sooner I would of done.
