They can’t be bothered to do it themselves so pass you off onto a company called Optima, which isn’t made clear in the initial process....     Since joining with Nottingham Building Society, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I started a fixed rate Lifetime ISA with them... Since joining with Nottingham Building Society, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I started a fixed rate Lifetime ISA with them about a year or so ago. The process was simple to set up and I felt like I had a lot of support along the way, especially in terms of understanding the ins and outs of my new savings account.
