Excellent Savings Rate /Customer Service

Before investing I contacted OakNorth by telephone as I required more info. Expected long wait and surprised it was only minutes before I chatted with a friendly helpful agent who seemed very knowledgeable and quickly resolved my query. The OakNorth website was very intuitive and easy to register accounts and transfer funds for both myself and my wife. Regular emails kept us informed about progress and next steps. However, none of these positive experiences would be useful without a competitive savings interest rate. And I am pleased to report that at the time we opened our accounts OakNorth offered the highest rate in the market. So thanks to them - well done OakNorth! Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
