From the get-go of my depositing a large sum of money into a fixed-rate savings account, OakNorth made the entire process easy and safe. At the end of each fixed rate term OakNorth make available savings accounts offering enhanced terms for returning depositors - very much appreciated. Contact and information flow never stalls which increases a sense of money security. The technical interface is well laid out, easy to use and conveyed in a friendly and reliable tone of voice.
