Excellent website; clear communications

Excellent website; easy to see relevant information. Statements of interest in a financial year for different accounts are collated in a single pdf (far better than at least one competitor). Great friendly bank, easy to work with.

I began banking with Oaknorth around 3 years ago with an ISA. I then recommended my husband also open one. It has been so easy to open new ISA accounts and when needed, take money out or transfer to another ISA. I have been helped several times by Customer Service and they have always been extremely kind and helpful as I am an 'older customer' I have not felt rushed and had things explained to me in a friendly and informative manner. No bad experiences so far

No bad experiences so far although I have only used online service. OakNorth Bank’s online experience is excellent — the website and mobile app are clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Setting up accounts and managing savings online is quick and straightforward. The interface makes it simple to check balances, track interest, and move money when needed.
