Interest rates/Service

Interest rates good, usually better than more high profile banks, and, as an elderly male who finds computers very confusing, found it,for me, reasonably easy to open a/c online. With a small query that cropped up, staff on 'phone gave admirable help & advice. Conclusion , excellent all round bank. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Update Rates Regularly

The accounts are easy to open, the rates are very competitive and the rates are updated regularly and you don’t have to do anything to receive the new rates. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Easy to use and best interest rates

App and website are very easy to navigate, it is also easy to see how much interest has been accrued in each account and what interest rate they currently sit at. OakNorth also email with any changes to interest rates and introduced accounts for existing customers with interest rates better than any others I have found. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
