Found customer service prompt and responsive. Pleased with the quote they offered. In fact, also took out breakdown cover This my second year. On my first year there was some doubt about my no claims years due to mistake by previous insurer but One Call sorted it out in my favour. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

I was surprised at the really good deal for my car Insurance from One call. And their customer service staff were so helpful and friendly at answering all my questions about this offer leaving me very satisfied and assured that the Policy included everything I wanted from the Insurance.
