It pays to negotiate in a calm friendly manner!

Whilst I would prefer to chat via telephone (please note), the service I received from GG1 was very good and they listened to my changes in circumstances and you could tell they wanted to retain me as a loyal customer hence them offering me a very offering a very competitive quote.
