JA7 help to reduce my car insurance cost

Excellent renewal price, I was provided some quotes so asked one-call if they could match or better and yes they did with less excess and better features Charlie (CH5) was brilliant, went through everything on the policy to make sure I had all the feature I needed. Absolute joke, legalised thieves

Waited until the 14 day cooling off period ended to tell me they were increasing my premium and charging me a £40 admin fee for incorrect details when applying but still haven’t told me what the incorrect details are. This company is an absolute joke and nothing but thieves. Do your self a favour and steer clear, I hope my review costs them a fortune in lost sales. Customer service is appalling and they say it’s the insurers fault as they are just a broker but it’s them causing all the issues and not the insurers. God help anyone if you need to make a claim, happy to take your money but don’t want to know when you need to complain Reviewed on: 4th August 2024
