Good service...eventually.

I waited over 20 minutes for my call to be answered, but after that, service was good. I had received a lower quote than your renewal price, which was bettered by the helpful representative on the phone. However, it would be nice to have the best price in the first place. Renewal was cheaper than all the rest.
