Brilliant service!!

After an unfortunate 'no-fault' bump in my car last year, resulting in the car being written off, One Call provided a replacement car and settled the write-off value (which was excellent in value) as agents with the other party's insurer directly promptly. High Charges

Any changes to the policy are subject to a very high charge. They don't help when the insurance company falls for insurance fraud by another party. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

I've been with one call insurance for a few years an...

I've been with one call insurance for a few years and I've only had good experiences with them. I had to make a claim on my insurance and they handled it whilst making it easy for me to go through, they paid the claim out without any of the fuss I've experienced with other insurers.
