Not easy to contact

I've been happy with my car insurance for the last few years. However I tried to do a home insurance recently to combine them and maybe get a discount in the meantime. But impossible to speak on the phone. Hope I never have to speak to someone without going online, i think it will be difficult. So may change next time as I like to talk rather than type.
