Any boady there ?

Communication it's one of your strong points, if your portal system won't let me in ,I Carn't tell you my problem, it said its my details not recognised ,when I tried to register it said those details are already in the system. My van broke down and I had to change my vehicle and I couldn't get in touch with you and did I try.in the end I had to forfeit my remaining policy with you having paid in full.
