Great value insurance

Have been with one call for a couple of years now. Normally I switch regularly when the auto renewal hikes the price. Although One Call increased the policy slightly they were prepared to negotiate and I added their top end car recovery to the premium at a great price. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

charge the earth if you want to cancel the policy

we sold one of our cars and had 7 months left on the policy so i contacted them for a refund and was shocked as the charges to cancel nearly wiped out the refund, after a lengthy battle with customer support i managed to get soime money back, but will never use them again. Price rise rip off?

I stayed with this company on renewal only after checking comparison sites & then negotiating a lower price. Still faced a 40% increase with no claims made in the past 5 years! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Selected One Call because of the price and opted for the additional breakdown cover but didn’t realise that this only covers for 2 breakdowns a year with a £20 call-out fee. Won’t be renewing with them next year Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
