Never ever deal with 'One call insurance' !

Never ever deal with so called 'One call insurance ltd. You simply can't speak with them. Their 'Live chat' is rubbish, you get cut off after 15 minutes unless you keep pressing to keep active, I was waiting about 45 minutes before they simply cut me off. Their reviews on trustpilot must have been from 'Disneyland ! Reviewed on: 17th August 2023

Disaster

Refused to Cancel Took out Telemetric policy, but didn't receive documents or even confirmation. Called OneCall, but you can't call, only chat. They refused to send documents, so I cancelled, they refused to accept the cancellation but agreed to get someone to call me; no one called. I put the payment in dispute. Now I get threatening letters saying they will make additional charges for not connecting the device Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

No Customer Service Available?!!!

I needed to call One Call Insurance to get a quote for adding my son on my current insurance. I call the number I had in my contacts and this number is no longer available. The automated message said to visit my portal for any questions I needed an answer to or use the Live Chat! What Live Chat? There isn't one. I also noticed that my no claims was not protected. I need answers but there is no one to talk to! If I cancel my policy and go with another insurer, how can I prove that my no claims have been protected. I have been wirh One Call dor a number of years and have not had any problem with them until now. Where or who do we turn to now for answers? It's shocking behaviour Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
