Avoid them like the absolute plague

Refused to cancel my car insurance, sent documents late, charged me more than at the time of purchase, increased the window excess higher than at the time of purchase and tried to sell me more insurance! Reviewed on: 6th August 2023

Car insurance cancelled no refund

Paid this company my whole 12 months insurance upfront. Cancelled because I sold the car 5 months later. Apparently no refund due at all, the only thing I got was a letter in the post with a statement that says Syntax Error!!! You cannot speak with anyone about this so I have just wrote it off. Live Chat

Competitive price

One call is efficient with their communication especially a few weeks before renewal date. Their price since I’ve been with them has been fair and even if slightly higher from a comparison site they have matched it. On line chat is professional and nothing is too much trouble. Renewal Car insurance

Originally got renewal Quotes for the car and it was well over priced but shopped ground for cheaper price but one call included breakdown and courtesy car in price which was good. Went onto the renewal chat line had to wait as 22 in queue but was worth it as the price went down by £100 on original quote which was good so very pleased with it. So very pleased with the result.
