Car insurance claim

I have recently had to call upon my insurance for the first time in over 30 years of driving and have found that it was straight forward to make my claim and that they picked it up and have dealt with it in a timely manner. Whilst having to wait on hold for your call to be answered, I did however find that the call handlers were patient and kind. The webchat is the best way to contact them I found.
