I chose to take out my car insurance with One Call as they offered a very competitive price, are based locally in Yorkshire, so you are dealing with friendly helpful people also my comprehensive cover gave me the best deal for what l needed with my Ford KA car. A while ago unfortunately I had to. make a no-fault claim for an accident on my nearly new car, once they received my accident form And was handed over to a one call representative who was very polite knowledgeable and understanding and who carried my claim through to the end without any problems to myself I came across other staffAnd found they was all a pleasure to deal with I would like to thank them for all their good work for making my claim go through easily without any headaches to me my car was taken away to the garage and at the same time they delivered me a courtesy car the work on my car was perfect and when it was delivered they picked up the courtesy car I found all the Personal very friendly and professional and I must say I was very glad I was insured with one called Reviewed on: 10th October 2021
