All good so far

I've not had to claim, and everyone knows that the claim experience is where a good insurance company shines. But based on my interactions so far, they have shown good communication, and are easy to deal with - thumbs up! :-) Reviewed on: 10th October 2021

Good as their word

I am price sensitive but also seek a reliable product. I used the breakdown service and the call handler was easy to understand, acted promptly, and kept me advised of progress. Contact with the broker has been similarly efficient so, overall, the price has been worth it over several of the recent years. Reviewed on: 10th October 2021

Excellent custmer service

Excellent firm with high quality staff in call centre

i have been with one call now for 3 years and each time i have dealt with them have recieved a first class service. The call centre staff who i have dealt with on 4 or 5 occasions, have been very polite and knowledgeable and easily understood & speak plainly. Friendly no nonsense service

We wanted to change our car insurance, when One call insurance was recommended to us we gave them a call, the service was friendly and straight to the point, we got the insurance much cheaper without any pressure!! Truth about One Call Insurance

One call was recommended to me by a friend. Their prices are very fair, they keep you updated with everything you need to know and their customer service is very helpful and friendly. If you have an issue they sort it out very quickly and keep you in the loop all the way.
