Outstanding provider

I have purchased my car insurance with One Call again this year. There are so many providers out there when it comes time to renew but I have remained with One Call again this year because they have been fantastic and have always made me feel valued as a customer. My renewal quote is always a fair price and was less this year than last which was nice. Their customer portal is excellent and easy to use and the one time I needed to use my breakdown cover they were superb and very very fast in getting me the assistance I needed. I never used to renew with the same provider as there is always a cheaper quote right? Well one call have always bettered that and without issue and have always provided me with excellent service. I like the app

The app holds all of your details and very easy to navigate. I am usually the type of consumer who jumps around providers , but staying with one call as they are so easy to deal with! I wish they did pet insurance! My mortgage is up For re new soon so I’ll be researching this too ! Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Fabulous Company
