Good Service but lots of Hidden Caveats

In general a good service, however reading the policy documents I have found unexpected exclusions, and unexpected inclusions, which were not highlighted in the policy summary. How many of us have the time to thoroughly read the whole policy before the ‘cooling-off’ period expires? I will be looking for a more transparent provider in future Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

One Call - they'll insure your car for a fee.

I insured my car with one call because they were marginally cheaper than their competitors. They answer the phone with civility. So far so good. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Loyalty
