Competitive prices and easy to do business with

We used to have two cars insured with One Call and were happy with the policies so it made sense when we went down to one (much newer) vehicle to use them again. The policy for the new car was equally competitive, the process of changing easy and with the customer portal meaning no long waits on the telephone, stress free. Recommended. No hassle to claim, great service

After a small altercation with another vehicle in a car park, I dreaded having to put in an insurance claim. But with One Call the whole process was so easy. Everything was logged online via the app portal meaning I didn't have to wait for ages in a queue on the phone. The underwriters called me soon after to confirm a few things and that was it. Given that it's the first time I've ever claimed in nearly 20 years of driving, I was really impressed. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Phone number :) Online chat delivers & works

I managed to do a private number plate change using only the Onecall customer chat. I was first advised that i could have changed the number plate myself, using my Onecall policy page. However I went for the option that they do it...for a small cost, so I could test out the efficiency of service via online chat. It was the best It will be a shame to leave if I find a cheaper quote when my insurance is ready for renewal. All my other motor insurance companies have caused me problems.
