I was getting annoyed with your company as they had failed to answer any of my questions or reply to any of my queries. However this evening I had reason to contact you again re: another query and was expecting poor service. However I was transferred to a live chat with Gabriel G (GG1) and was very pleasantly surprised at how well and efficiently she handled my enquiry. You need more agents like this one. I ended up being re-assured that everything was indeed fine and received the documents I asked to have sent to me. Excellent! A Pay-As-You-Drive policy

First time I'd heard of a Pay As You Drive policy from any car insurer, it's ideal for me who lives in a city and only occasionally drives distances. Highly recommended service, all set up via the chat function on the website, Marshall MC2 was super helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

The Worst Car Insurance
