Not flexible and overcharge

When we swapped car part way through policy they charged a lot more than any other company however we were stuck with them due to cost of cancelling etc. They know you can't switch so rocket your premium. Can't wait to leave in December Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Don't think I'd change now...

Excellent Company

Excellent car insurance

Online transmission error resolved promptly

When I first took out the policy the Voluntary Excess was shown incorrectly on my documentation. I raised this as a complaint and the issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Due to this, I renewed my policy this time around. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
