Simply the best

Our car was locked and parked on our drive when another vehicle rolled down the hill in front of our house and smashed into it. As soon as we made the call to One call they complete took over. We were kept updated on the progress of the claim, a replacement vehicle was delivered the following day as promised. The repair was finished to our complete satisfaction and our vehicle was delivered back to us in Cornwall where we were on holiday at the time. I think they listen!

Whenever I have to phone to update my needs or in one case unfortunately report an accident I felt whoever I spoke to listened and understood. That to me is very reassuring instead of the impersonal staff I have encountered at other insurers. Needless to say I always end my call not feeling that I have been done over somehow. Sadly unreachable

I have tried for several hours to update the health information these jokers have on file for me as I recently had a stroke. but after repeated attempts to contact a human being about anything other than a claim I have given up. maybe some computer will see the lower than average score and send the on to a real human being but Im not optimistic HELP!
