Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Good value and great service when I needed it

I had ocassion to use the breakdown insurance when my car specaularly failed me. I was able to pinpoint the exact location of the car on a map via the website and the revovery vehicle to recover to my home arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the response. Great service

One of the best car insurance I’ve used. Great customer service they even let you know every month when you direct debit is due. Easy to contact by telephone but I’ve used the web chat as I had to change something you can even upload scanned documents on the chat so things can be sorted there and then. Great service just needs alittle tweets.

The service that I've had has been pretty good, I have no complaints. The only thing I believe would make them better is if you could actually call and speak to someone, as the live chat can be alittle long winded and abit awkward to get what you actually need across to whoever you are speaking to.
