Not happy about receiving an unexpected text threate...

Not happy about receiving an unexpected text threatening to cancel my insurance without giving the reason why; a very stressful experience for me. Also, eventually, went through change of address with customer services who then kept calling me to change my address!! Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
