Very polite and professional

I've been with One Call Insurance for a long time and was tempted to look elsewhere when I recently change me car, but I ended going back with them and the transition from old to new car was very smooth indeed. The agents were very polite and very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Helpful and efficient

Setting up car insurance on the website was easy to navigate and complete. Making changes to the policy went smoothly mid term. Accessing the online account and receiving documents and confirmation of completion works well. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

One Star (not one call)

It's ironic that it's nigh on impossible to phone a company that are called One Call Insurance. When I asked this I was told that they are now "internet only". When you have a customer service issue it's a nightmare to get to talk to someone. Also, they insure learner drivers and then cancel the policy the minute they pass their test and this mob pocket the full years premium (minus a very small amount which they refund. Their admin charges etc mean you get pretty much zero back). Avoid this mob at all costs. How they have won this award before baffles me! Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Communication method is very bad as no telephone number and App is so complicated.

No telephone to communicate, App also complicated and they charge too much even if I had NCB certification. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023

Horrible experience thus far with no fault claim

Very unimpressed with service following no fault accident, passed to multiple claims management companies and over a week later no closer to having the car booked in for repair. Having to waste a lot of time chasing people to get any idea of what's going on/when things will be done. Reviewed on: 16th September 2023
