Number one service

Everything today is online. I really have trouble. I managed to talk to a really nice lady who helped me with my insurance. She mentioned that we are a platinum customer, which I didn't realise. She text us all the information and a direct telephone number if we have any problems in the future. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Hassle free insurance.

Hassle free insurance and peace of mind. Easily access your policy documents online and make claims/breakdown requests etc. Good value for money and a lot of options available to suit your budget. Don't bother going anywhere else, you won't get coverage as good for the price nor will you get the same level of service. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

One insurance

This is my 4th year with one call,although I’ve not yet had to make a claim any dealings with them have been excellent,helpful and courteous.The online service is always good and easy to use I have no worries about staying with the company and will continue to do so 10/10 in my book. In the past I would have made an annual search to reapply for a better deal with my car insurance. I’ve used One Call for a few years now and haven’t felt the need to look elsewhere! FIRST CLASS CAR INSURANCE

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH EFFICIENCY FROM ANY OTHER CAR INSURANCE COMPANY IN ALL OF MY 40YRS OF DRIVING. ONECALL SAYS IT ALL . IT IS SIMPLY ONECALL YOU MAKE TO ASSIST YOU AND ALL IS MADE GOOD .THE ONLINE HELP IS A GREAT HELP TOO . MY CAR WOULDN'T START AND THE ASSISTANT TOOK TOTAL CONTROL OF HAVING SOMEONE HERE WITHIN 40 MINS .EVEN THOUGH I COULD HAVE DONE THIS ONLINE .THEN I WAS KEPT ON A TRACKING AFVICE TO LET ME KNOW WHERE THE MECHANIC WAS .AS I AM NOT A WIZZ KID WITH INTERNET THE ASSISTANT TOOK THAT PRESSURE AWAY FRIM ME WHICH I WAS SO GRATEFUL NOTHING SEEMED TO BE TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER .
