Changing vehicles

Had a pleasant experience with there online chat, as I was changing vehicle over. But as I was not picking my new vehicle up till a week Monday and had put my old vehicles private plate on retention. It would not allow me to change the number plate back over which seemed very strange. Anyway the chat advisor assured me that I was still full covered on my old car even though the private plate was still on the old car un till Monday when I changed the vehicles over.
