Quoted £250 MORE than rivals on a renewal notice.

Quoted £250 MORE than rivals on a renewal notice. Contacted them to make sure they DIDN'T auto-renew but received a message telling me they were going to auto-renew. Phoned them, they confirmed insurance would NOT auto renew but still receiving emails thanking me and telling me the renewal would be collected. Absolutely appalling company, very difficult to contact by phone, even more difficult to get them to stop contacting Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
