Good service to a point.

Overall, the service is good, however, I can’t call for any changes and can only do so by chat online which has a long waiting queue and gave up. I have a 3 year fixed car insurance deal, but I’m not offered the better and cheaper deals which even one call are offering on the comparison websites. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

Helpful and knowledgeable staff on the phone. Easy to use website and a trusted name/brand. Most importantly, reasonable prices and packages to suite everyone. All the information are available and easy to access. The prices are very good compared to other companies.Gave me a fast and cheapest car insurance quote with many extras included in the quote, was very easy to set up and pay online.
