Helpful and Very Communicative

I have used OneCall for a number of years and never been in doubt to renew. I am now on premium insurance something they recommended and apart from being very beneficial insurance wise it actually saves me money. The communication from the company is also second to none. Never any issues

Great to deal with

My husband was classed as the main driver on our car insurance and I was an additional driver. When he passed away I had ring One Call to let them know my change of circumstances. They were ever so compassionate and supportive. Stating they would let the current policy run and at renewal time I could continue with them without losing the platinum status. Still with them 2yrs later. Not felt the need to use a price comparison site as they're always competitive, my renewal was less than the previous year. Lasting value

Have been a customer for over 10 years and always received market leading value deals irrespective of the different cars owned.
