Calls are answered quickly, no long queues, and queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. Products are competitively priced, fully explained and comparisons made with no hidden costs ensuring the right choice for the customer. Very well organised customer service centre.

We have been with One Call Platinum for around 9yr, they have always been fair with the renewals, and when we have changed cars or added cars it has only taken a very short call and everything was arranged. Would definitely recommend them to others. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
