Great Communication

This is the first time we have used One Call Insurance, and we were impressed by their prices and overall communication. They send monthly email reminders of upcoming payments which I'm sure most people would find very useful these days. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Reasonable Prices but Difficult to Contact

The prices from One Call Insurance are competitive, but they are difficult to contact to discuss the policy or any questions about it. The only method seems to be via an online chat, which I find is slow as you have to type your questions. You also have to wait in a long queue. If they were to allow phone calls the customer's business could be conducted more quickly freeing up time for the next customer. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
