What is there not to like? Price is reasonable with no hidden charges and price is fixed for 3 years. Changing vehicle is a breeze with no admin charges. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Very helpful in the chat function, and the website is very easy to navigate. I like having policy documents online so I can access them anywhere. Their rolling month by month car insurance policy is excellent - you’re not tied for the year and if circumstances change it is easy to make amendments Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Lemonade budget, champagne taste policy

I usually shop around on the 11 hour like everyone does Trying to get a cheaper quote with a good policy! Hence me saying champagne taste with lemonade budget! What I can say about this company is that platinum policy is second to none! Goes above and beyond. Last but not least I can pay it monthly with out any additional charge! Unlike other companies who add 10% on extra for that facility. Since getting this policy I haven’t looked around for the last 4 years! Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

The best insurance company I have ever dealt with. Been with One Call for quite a few years now and everything is just so simple and completely hassle free.
