Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Reasonable Prices but Difficult to Contact

The prices from One Call Insurance are competitive, but they are difficult to contact to discuss the policy or any questions about it. The only method seems to be via an online chat, which I find is slow as you have to type your questions. You also have to wait in a long queue. If they were to allow phone calls the customer's business could be conducted more quickly freeing up time for the next customer. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Professional, efficient and sympathetic treatmenttreatm

I decided to entrust both my vehicle and home insurance to One Call, it turned out to be a really excellent decision - because I had a previous minor vehicle claim that could have escalated my premium.
