Excellent and reassuring communication and price

Communication following a no fault incident, was seamless, informative and caring. To have a conversation with a representative, was reassuring at an anxious time. The renewal price was lower and remained competitive, however customer service is important for me, especially as I'm not very techy! Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

CLEAR ,CONCISE INFORMATION, EASY TO UNDERSTAND

i was kept fully informed of my transactions purchasing car insurance, and best of all the information sent to me was clear, and easy to understand for a old grey pensioner like myself that sometimes can find some companies are not clear and easy to digest their messaging which can be quite stressful.
